Trullo la Canonica

With two double rooms, an alcove with a double bed, one single room and a double sofa bed, the La Canonica trullo can comfortably accommodate up to nine people. All the rooms have handy wardrobes and chests of drawers. The two bathrooms are fully equipped, and the washing machine is located in one of them.

The swimming pool will be open from the 2nd of April to the 2nd of November.

The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room are both spacious; outside there is a brick-built barbecue and a shaded lunch table which is perfect for the sunny summer days. In the winter, from the comfort of the sofa or armchairs guests can read, watch television, listen to music or simply relax in front of the fire. As well as the showers in the bathrooms, there are two outdoor showers at
the back of the building; these have both hot and cold water, like their indoor counterparts.

Free internet wi-fi is at the disposal of guests to the trullo. The interior is extremely bright thanks to the skylights in the building’s eleven cone-roofs. Habitable all year round, the trullo has thick walls which keep it cool in the summer months and in winter-time hold in the heat from the radiators – which are in every room – and the fire. The La Canonica trullo is ideal for anyone wishing to swap the daily grind of life in the city for the peace of the olive groves. It is an extraordinary example of the architecture for which this area is famous, and its ancient character has been preserved in its restoration.
